IB launches new employer branding
The International Baccalaureate® (IB) has a powerful visual identity based upon our mission and values, an identity that we wish to be recognized and respected around the world. It reinforces the fact that, wherever we work in the world, we are all working towards one mission and under one name – “International Baccalaureate ®”.
The IB has created a new extension of this visual identity. Developments have been made to our employer branding which ensure that all IB recruitment communications have a consistent look and feel and reinforce and strengthen the IB brand internationally. The strategy behind it aims to promote and explain what it means to work for the IB.
The chosen theme of “learning, developing, growing” is used throughout, positioning the IB as an organization and an employer committed to nurturing these aspects of the IB learner and employee journey.
The “learning, developing, growing” theme will feature throughout all of the IB’s recruitment communications including job advertisements and our new recruitment web pages.
