The MYP School Services Associate Manager assists the MYP School Services Manager in all aspects of the implementation and growth of the programme in the region with particular emphasis related to application, authorization and evaluation processes and procedures.
Under the direction and guidance of the MYP School Services manager, this position is responsible for the monitoring and implementation of procedures related to all aspects of Programme application, authorization and evaluation.
The Programme Associate Manager provides a critical role in the support to the Programme manager in carrying out all activities and support services affecting the programme in the region. Given the increasing number of requests from schools related to programme implementation, it is necessary to ensure that appropriate staff and systems, structures, and procedures are accurately developed and maintained to ensure programme growth, sustainability, and quality assurance procedures.
The post will sit in the IBA Buenos Aires Office or IBA Maryland Office
MYP School Services Associate Manager will be responsible for:
- Monitoring and implementation of procedures relating to the programmes application, authorization and evaluation in order to provide excellent support services
- Supporting and guiding schools on programme implementation issues at all stages and during the authorization and evaluation processes and are the main point of contact for schools in order to maintain excellent customer service to stakeholders.
- Organize and maintain the day-to-day administrative functions within the department in order to ensure consistent practices and provide excellent customer service to stakeholders
Requirements:
- Bachelors’ degree required and/or a combination of experience, education and training that would provide the level of knowledge and ability required for the position
- Demonstrated and successful administration experience
- Exceptional communication skills (written and oral)
- Exceptional interpersonal skills
- Ability to prioritize, meet strict deadlines and work within a fast paced environment
- Excellent IT skills (Microsoft Office)
- Fluency in English and Spanish
