IB Americas Registration Cancellation & Change Policy

REGISTRATION CANCELLATION POLICY

30 days or more before workshop start date

• Registration cancellation request must be sent in writing (by fax or e-mail) to the
  registrar.

• Registration fee will be applied as a credit to the school’s account for use at a
  future workshop (valid for 1 year from the date of issue)
  

Less than 30 days before workshop start date

• No refunds will be granted after the 30-day deadline*. The full registration fee
  will be charged.

*If the reason for the registration cancellation is due to the death of a family member or any personal injuries (doctor’s note is required), IB Americas will issue a credit to the school which will be valid for 1 year from the date of issue.

REGISTRATION CHANGE POLICY

14 days or more before workshop start date

• Name and subject changes, and other corrections (e-mail, address, school
  information, etc) must be sent in writing (by fax or e-mail) to the registrar.
  

Less than 14 days before workshop start date

• Name changes and corrections will be processed on-site and assessed a $50 USD administrative fee per change.

• Subject changes will not be processed on-site. IB Americas reserves the right to refuse any subject change requests received after the 14-day deadline.
  

Kindly note that:

• IB Americas reserves the right to cancel workshops that do not have sufficient enrolments.

• Payments sent after the workshop registration is closed may not be accepted.

• Payments and/or new registrations for current or future workshops will not be accepted or processed on-site.

• Existing registrations cannot be transferred to another workshop date & location after the 30-day deadline. A transfer request received after the 30-day deadline will be treated as a cancellation (see cancellation policy above). Transfer requests received prior to the 30-day deadline are subject to the enrolment and registration deadline of the desired workshop. IB Americas reserves the right to refuse any transfer requests.
