Accommodation & Travel

The workshop will take place at the Thermal & Grand Hotel Margitsziget 4* that is located on an island on the Danube (Marguerite Island) in the centre of Budapest. IB has arranged special room rates for the workshop in this 4* hotel as well as in the nearby Ibis Hotel 3* - Please download the ‘Hotel reservation form below for exact location, details & rates of the hotels.

To receive the special rate you should make your reservation directly at the hotels using the reservation form. IB has reserved a certain number of hotel rooms for participants. Please be sure to book these well in advance as they will be released over time and all un-booked rooms will be released 30 days before the event. Both hotels' special rates are inclusive of taxes and breakfast and for bookings in the Thermal & Grand Hotel Margitsziget they also include the use of the parking lot and the excellent indoor Spa & Fitness facilities.
