Strategy Analyst Ref 239

Salary:£27,593 - £36,791

We are looking for an enthusiastic individual to play a lead role within a small strategy and planning team.

Based in Cardiff, your role will involve undertaking research and analysis that allows the IB to develop and enact strategy, and to make informed strategic decisions.  You will write and present high-level reports / recommendations for senior staff. You will help develop business models for new strategic initiatives, and will contribute to or manage strategic projects as necessary.

For this post, you will be educated to degree level or equivalent in a business/strategy related subject (however, substantial relevant work experience will be considered as an alternative), and will have proven analytical and report writing skills. You will have experience in undertaking strategic analysis and will be aware of current strategy-related tools and techniques. You will have excellent business skills, and will be able to develop business models and proposals.

Good communication skills, both written and oral, are also essential as you will deal with colleagues at all levels within the organization. An ability to develop high quality presentations is essential. You should be used to prioritizing your own workload, meeting deadlines and adhering to prescribed working practices
