International Travel
- All non-citizens must present proof of citizenship to enter the United States or Canada.
- An acceptable form of identification is a valid passport.
Ground Transportation
- Hotel located approximately 30 minutes from Miami International Airport (MIA).
- The hotel does not provide shuttle service

Parking
- Valet parking is offered to participants for approximately USD $30.00 per car, per day exclusive of taxes. Hotel guests have in and out privileges. Rates are subject to change.
- There is no self parking at the hotel, but there is a city-owned Municipal lot adjacent to the hotel.
