International Travel
- All non-citizens must present proof of citizenship to enter the United States or Canada.
- An acceptable form of identification is a valid passport.
Ground Transportation
- Hotel is approximately 20-25 minutes from Louis Armstrong International Airport (MSY).
- Shuttle service is available from MSY to the Sheraton through New Orleans Airport Shuttle. Rates are USD $20 per person, one way and USD $35 per person, round trip if purchased in advance otherwise is USD $38 per person, roundtrip. - Taxicabs are approximately USD $28.00 one-way.
- The Sheraton New Orleans is on the streetcar line that runs along Canal Street and St. Charles Avenue. The cost is USD $1.50.
