Location and Accommodation
The workshop will take place at the Renaissance Hotel Oklahoma City. The International Baccalaureate (IB) has arranged preferred room rates for this workshop. Reservations must be made before Thursday, 15 September 2011. International Travel
- All non-citizens must present proof of citizenship to enter the United States or Canada.
- An acceptable form of identification is a valid passport.
Ground Transportation
- Hotel is approximately 15 minutes from Oklahoma City/Will Rogers (OKC) and 20 minutes from Oklahoma City/Wiley Post (PWA).
- Airport shuttle on request from OKC for USD $10.00 one-way and no shuttle service is offered from PWA to the hotel.
- Taxicabs are approximately USD $25.00 one-way from OKC and approximately USD $20.00 one-way from PWA.
