Programme coordinators

Each IB World School appoints a coordinator who is responsible for the management and administration of the programme in their school.

IBIS

IBIS is the dedicated password-protected secure website for IB coordinators. It is the principal method of communication with coordinators of all three programmes. The site enables coordinators to read the latest news, register candidates, submit internal assessment marks and predicted grades, receive results, submit requests for various services, download school statistics and read important reports and publications in the virtual library.

Usernames and passwords will be issued to coordinators as soon as schools have been authorized by the IB headquarters in Geneva.

IB World Schools yearbook 2009

IB World Schools Yearbook 2009The IB World Schools yearbook is the official guide to schools offering the Primary Years Programme, Middle Years Programme and Diploma Programme. An updated yearbook is published in January of each year. All schools that have opted to take out paid profiles in the yearbook will receive their free copy of the publication as soon as possible after this time. To purchase a copy of the yearbook, visit www.schoolsearch.co.uk/bookshop or if you would like your school's profile included in the next edition of the IB World Schools yearbook, contact enquiries@johncatt.co.uk.

OCC

Online Curriculum Centre (OCC)Through IBNET, coordinators can also obtain passwords for the online curriculum centre (OCC). The OCC is a dedicated site for IB teachers featuring curriculum information, discussion forums, and downloadable materials for the classroom. As well as subject-specific pages, the site includes forums on academic honesty and special educational needs.
