If the school is likely to be authorized by the time of the conference, it may register students who would be entering the anticipated first year in the 2012 school year, using their application school number. When they are authorized, coordinators should contact us with the official IB school number. Only IB Diploma Programme students from authorized schools may attend the conference.

The conferences have no guidelines for this, but many schools or school districts do. Adults may accompany students, but there will be a separate registration fee.
