IB World Student Conferences
Registration Procedure for IB World Student Conferences
In order to register for the IB World Student Conferences, Diploma Programme Coordinators needs to login to IBIS and register participants in the same manner that they register teachers for IB workshops. To make registration easier, DP Coordinators should download the form, “Student Information for IB WSC Registration” from the IB WSC website (http://www.ibo.org/wsc/) and have students complete it prior to beginning the registration process.
An “Acknowledgement of Registration” email will be sent to the participant upon the completion of registration. A “Confirmation of Registration” email will be sent to the participant upon receipt of the registration fee and all required signed documents. If a registration is cancelled, a “Confirmation of Cancellation” email will also be sent.

In order to insure the health and safety of the participants and to allow for the IB to promote IB World Student Conferences in the future, we require signed copies of the following releases and waivers:

Method of Payment for Registration
Credit card, check, or bank transfer can pay registrations. It is important to point out that since the registration is done on IBIS, outstanding fees may appear on the IB world school’s financial statement from the IBO. It is highly recommended that coordinators collect the necessary registration fees prior to registration or make sure the participants have their credit card ready during registration.
